A BITE-SIZED FILM THAT THROWS BACK TO YESTERDAY'S HORROR CLASSICS.
A native to St. Louis, Kevin has been entertaining since he was old enough to shake a rattle. He is excited to be making his directorial debut and show his peers that his directorial eye is focused and in tune. Kevin's inspirations for LOOM range from Steven Spielberg to Tales From the Crypt. From Universal Monsters to The Twilight Zone, Kevin's nostalgic spirit has inspired LOOM's concept from inception to final edit.

Steph Borklund, an associate professor of digital filmmaking at Stephens College, has more than 15 years of experience as a producer, director and editor. Her works include documentaries, narratives, and corporate and industrial videos. She previously worked as director of postproduction for Left Coast Productions in California, where she won several Telly, Aurora and Summit Creative editing awards for her corporate and industrial work.

Alexander Isgriggs is a filmmaker, animator, and illustrator from Columbia, MO. Recently graduated from the Kansas City Art Institute in 2019, Isgriggs has continued to work on various live-action and animated shorts, as well as a children's book. Through use of mixed media, humor, and meditative aspects, his work tends to explore themes of coming-of-age, nostalgia, consumerism, and our relationships to our environments.

Matthew Suppes is an award-winning director and writer from Lee's Summit, Missouri. His short film "A Lonely Death," is the culmination of three years in Chapman University's graduate film program. Matthew currently resides in Wisconsin and is developing a feature film set around a period of severe flooding in the American Midwest.

IN A NEAR FUTURE WORLD RAVAGED BY CLIMATE CHANGE, A FAMILY TAKES A TRIP TO AN IMPORTANT HISTORICAL MONUMENT
Josh is a St. Lous-based director, visual effects supervisor, VFX artist with over 14 years of experience inthe filmand television industry. Some of his feature-film credits include "Rich Hill" (The Orchard, 2014Sundance Grand Jury Prize winner), a documentary that required complex invisible visual effects; "AGhost Story" (A24, 2017 Sundance premiere); "Duplicity" (Universal Pictures), "The Long Dumb Road"(Universal Pictures, 2018 Sundance premiere); and "Omniboat: A Fast Boat Fantasia" (2020 Sundancepremiere). Most recently, he worked on "The Birthday Cake," starring Ewan McGregor. Josh'scommercial credits includework for Microsoft, Samsung, Converse, Taco Bell, MTV, and Smithsonian,and music videos for Lil Nas X and Sia
In 2019, he finished post on a feature film that he VFX Supervised called, Native Son, which A24produced, shot by Oscar-nominated DP Matthew Libatique, and was bought by HBO (Critics' ChoiceNominee) at the Sundance premiere in 2019. He was also a 2nd unit plate photographer and lead VFXartist on this film. He also worked on the Emmy Nominated HBO documentary ABORTION: STORIESWOMEN TELL. In addition, "Monument," a short film he co-directed, recently won best showcase film,best drama, best narrative under 20 minutes, best visual effects, and best use of music at the St. LouisFilmmakers Showcase.
Tim is a New York City based director, visual effects artist and Emmy award winning cinematographer.He has also worked as an editor, camera operator, and stereographer and has a variety of professionalexperience behind him, including working with clients such as Lexus, Motorola, CAT Footwear,Sotheby’s, Sebago, Spotify, Discovery, TLC, 3NET, and Nickelodeon. He holds a BA in Film Productionfrom Webster University and has also served as an adjunct professor there teaching stereoscopiccinema.
Tim was a first prize winner in theLongevity Alliance’s Life Extension video contest and his latest short film, the 392% Kickstarter fundedand staff picked “The Last Generation to Die” is currently in development as his first feature film. He isalso currently completing the pilot to a co-developed sci-fi series called “HIVE”, being executiveproduced by Lilly Wachowski.
